The notion of \(h\)-stability extends classical exponential stability, where the exponential function is replaced by a positive function \(h\). The authors study the persistence of \(h\)-stability and strong stability under \(u_\infty\)-quasisimilarity. This is done in the framework of finite-dimensional and regressive linear dynamic equations on time scales.
