On sub-Riemannian spheres (Q2381109)

The paper under review deals with the sub-Riemannian distance. It is shown that, in absence of singular minimizing curve, the sub-Riemannian distance function is locally Lipschitz outside of the diagonal and satisfies Sard's theorem. In particular it is proved that the spheres are Lipschitz hypersurfaces for almost every radius in \(d_{\text{SR}} (q_{0},Q)\).
