    The biharmonic differential operator \(Au=\Delta \Delta u+Vu\) is studied. Under a certain assumption on \(V\), it is proved the separation for the operator \(A\): Let \(H\) be a separable Hilbert space. If \(u\in L_2(\mathbb R^n,H)\cap W_2^2(\mathbb R^n,H)\) and \(Au\in L_2(\mathbb R^n,H)\), then both \(\Delta \Delta u\) and \(Vu\) are from \(L_2(\mathbb R^n,H)\). Using this result, it is proved the unique solvability of the problem \(Au=f\) for each \(f\in L_2(\mathbb R^n,H)\).
