The finite rank perturbations of the product of Hankel and Toeplitz operators (Q2382744)

The author studies Hankel and Toeplitz operators in \(H^2\) and their finite rank perturbations. The main results provide a number of necessary and sufficient conditions for the product \(H_fT_g\) of the Hankel operator with symbol \(f\) and the Toeplitz operator with symbol \(g\) to be a Hankel operator \(H_h\) (Theorem~3.1), or the finite rank perturbation of \(H_h\) (Theorem~3.2). The author also gives some necessary and sufficient conditions for the commutator \([H_f,T_g]\) to have finite rank.
