To a hypersurface in \(\mathbb{R}^4\) there are associated three principal foliations, given by the principal curvatures of the manifold. Partially umbilic points are points where two but not three of the curvatures are equal. Darbouxian partially umbilic points are those partially umbilic points points satisfy a transversality condition. These points are classified in three types \(D_1\), \(D_2\) and \(D_3\). The paper classifies and describes the topological structure of the principal foliations in a neighborhood of each type \(D_i\).
