Erratum to ``On the norms of circulant matrices with the Fibonacci and Lucas numbers'' (Q2383832)

This erratum concerns Theorem~2 in the paper by \textit{S.~Süleyman} [ibid. 160, No.~1, 125--132 (2005; Zbl 1066.15029)], where some bounds in spectral norm of circulant matrices consisting of Fibonacci numbers were obtained. However, the author of the original paper claims in the same volume [ibid. 190, No.~2, 1855--1856 (2007; Zbl 1130.15015), reviewed below] that the erratum under review is false and presents a correction of Theorem~2 and its proof.
