This paper is a continuation of the previous papers of \textit{Y. Cai} and \textit{Y. Shen} [Sci. China 49, 577--586 (2006; Zbl 1104.30031)] and \textit{Y. Hu} and \textit{Y. Shen} [ibid., 877--892 (2006; Zbl 1105.30030)], where some fiber spaces over the Teichmüller space for a Fuchsian group \(\Gamma\), including the Bers fiber space and the Teichmüller curve for \(\Gamma\), are studied. When the Fuchsian group \(\Gamma\) is torsion free, the problem has been much investigated. Earle and Fowler proved that any biholomorphic fiber preserving isomorphism between two Teichmüller curves for torsion free Fuchsian groups is an allowable mapping. Recently, the author completely determined all the biholomorphic isomorphisms between Teichmüller curves for torsion free Fuchsian groups and proved that except in some special cases a biholomorphic isomorphism between two Teichmüller curves is an allowable mapping and thus is always fiber preserving. On the other hand, Hu and Shen proved that except in some special cases a biholomorphic fiber preserving isomorphism between two Bers fiber spaces for torsion-free Fuchsian groups is an allowable mapping. In this paper, the author determines the biholomorphic isomorphisms of Bers fiber spaces and Teichmüller curves for Fuchsian groups with elliptic elements. In this case the situation is somewhat different from the torsion-free case. Bers' isomorphism theorem says that the Bers fiber space for a torsion-free Fuchsian group is biholomorphic to a Teichmüller space, and this plays an essential role in the previous works. On the other hand, it is known that in general, the Bers fiber space for a Fuchsian group with elliptic elements is not biholomorphic to a Teichmüller space. Instead of using the Bers' isomorphism theorem as a main tool to determine the biholomorphic isomorphisms of Bers fiber spaces and Teichmüller curves for torsion-free Fuchsian groups, the author makes use of the theory of holomorphic families of Riemann surfaces developed by Earle and Fowler to determine the biholomorphic isomorphisms of Bers fiber spaces and Teichmüller curves for Fuchsian groups with elliptic elements. It is shown that except in some special cases a biholomorphic fiber preserving isomorphism between two Bers fiber spaces is still an allowable mapping. In particular, a biholomorphic fiber preserving automorphism of a Bers fiber space is induced by an element of the extended modular group. This result was obtained previously by \textit{C. Zhang} [Ann. Acad. Sci. Fenn. 22, 255--274 (1997; Zbl 0906.30036)] for finite type Fuchsian groups with elliptic elements. In his proof Zhang used several results which can hold only for Fuchsian groups of finite type. The discussion in the general cases is based on the theory of holomorphic families of Riemann surfaces and differs largely from that of Zhang. Also the biholomorphic fiber preserving isomorphisms between Teichmüller curves are determined, in particular, the biholomorphic fiber preserving automorphisms of Teichmüller curves. Contrary to the case of Bers fiber spaces and also to the case of Teichmüller curves for torsion-free Fuchsian groups, in general, there are some other biholomorphic fiber preserving isomorphisms of Teichmüller curves besides the allowable mappings.
