The authors study a resulting linear system from a polynomial problem. They first develop a solution theory for the linear system in a general case, and then they apply the resulting solution theory to prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the polynomial problem, together with a set of interesting homogeneous polynomial identities. A few concluding remarks are given at the end of the paper.
