Let \(n\geq 2\), \(S^{n-1}\) be the unit sphere in \({\mathbb R}^n\), \(\Omega\) be homogeneous of degree zero and \[ \int_{S^{n-1}}\Omega(x')\,d\sigma(x')=0.\tag{*} \] Define \[ T^\ast_{\Omega,\alpha}f(x)=\sup_{\epsilon>0}\bigg| \int_{| y| \geq\epsilon} \frac {b(| y| )\Omega(y)}{| y| ^{n+\alpha}}f(x-y)\,dy\bigg| \] and \[ C_{\Omega,\alpha}f(x)=\text{ p.\,v.\,}\int_{\mathbb R^n} (A(x)-A(y))\frac {\Omega(x-y)}{| x-y| ^{n+\alpha}}f(y)\,dy. \] If \(1<p<\infty\), \(\alpha\geq 0\), \(b\in L^\infty(\mathbb R)\), \(\Omega\in H^q(S^{n-1})\) with \(q=(n-1)/(n-1+\alpha)\), and for \(| \gamma| <[\alpha]+1\), \[ \int_{S^{n-1}}(y')^\gamma\Omega(y')\,d\sigma(y')=0, \] then \(T^\ast_{\Omega,\alpha}\) is bounded from \(\dot L^p_\alpha(\mathbb R^n)\) into \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\), where \([\alpha]\) is the maximal integer no more than \(\alpha\), and \(\dot L^p_\alpha(\mathbb R^n)\) is the homogeneous Sobolev space. If \(0<\alpha<1\), \(1<r<\infty\), \(1<p\leq\infty\), \(1\leq q<\infty\) with \(1/q=1/p+1/r\), \(\Omega\in\text{ Lip}_\alpha(S^{n-1})\) satisfying (\(\ast\)) and \(D^\alpha A\in L^r(\mathbb R^n)\), then \(C_{\Omega,\alpha}\) is bounded from \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\) to \(L^q(\mathbb R^n)\), where \(D^\alpha\) is the fractional order differentiation operator defined by \((D^\alpha f)^\land(\xi) =| \xi| ^\alpha\hat f(\xi)\) for \(\xi\in\mathbb R^n\).
