A left regularizing operator for an algebraic-differential system with delay (Q2386956)

The object of this article is the construction of a left regularizing operator for a singular algebraic-differential system with a constant deviating argument and constant coefficient matrices under the assumption of regularity of a certain bundle of matrices constructed from the sum of the coefficient matrices of the part containing the unknown functions with deviating arguments and the sum of the matrices of the part which is free of the deviating argument.
