The paper concerns the stability analysis of advanced differential equations with piecewise continuous arguments. The first part represents an introduction regarding the delay differential equations with piecewise continuous arguments: \[ x'(t)= f(t, x(t), x(\alpha_1(t)), x(\alpha_2(t))), \] where the arguments \(\alpha_i(t)\), \(i= 1,2\) have intervals of constancy. The second part is devoted to the \(\theta\)-methods. The authors present recurrence relations obtained applying a linear \(\theta\)-methods, respectively, a one-leg \(\theta\)-method to the following advanced equation with piecewise continuous argument: \[ x'(t)= ax(t)+ a_0x([t])+ a_1x([t+ 1]),\quad t\geq 0,\quad x(0)= x_0, \] where \(a\), \(a_0\), \(a_1\), \(x_0\) are real constants and \([.]\) denotes the greatest integer function. The third part contains the stability analysis. A numerical illustration of the conclusions is given by four problems presented in the last part of the work.
