The paper concerns the existence of Carathéodory solutions to the ``scalar'' differential inclusion \(y'(t)\in F(t,y(t))\) subject to the constraints \(\alpha(t)\leq y(t)\leq\beta(t)\) (if \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) are oscillatory functions, then so is \(y\)). The hypotheses must be added that \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) are absolutely continuous (for the ``nonscalar'' case, see Theorem~4.2 in [\textit{H.~Frankowska, S.~Plaskacz} and \textit{T.~Rzezuchowski}, J.~Differ.\ Equations 116, No.2, 265--305 (1995; Zbl 0836.34016)]). Similar corrections must be done in case \(y''(t)\in F(t,y(t))\).
