Basic intersection cohomology of conical fibrations (Q2387842)

Basic intersection cohomology has been recently introduced by the authors. This cohomology is defined for the so called conical foliations which contain singular Riemannian ones. In the paper under review, the authors consider a class of conical foliations that are those determined by singular fibrations, here the basic intersection cohomology coincides with the intersection cohomology of the leaves' space. The main result of the paper is that a de Rham theorem type holds if the singular bundle is regular.
