The paper deals with the Cauchy problem for the following parabolic differential-difference equation \[ u_t = \Delta u + \sum_{k=1}^m a_ku(x-b_kh,t), \quad x \in R^n, \;t \in (0,T). \] The author proves that if the initial function is continuous and bounded, then the classical solution constructed in [\textit{A. B. Muravnik}, Differ. Equ. 40, 742--752 (2004; reviewed above)], is unique in the class of functions bounded in the strip \(\mathbb R^n \times [0,T]\) (for each positive \(T\)).
