Gorenstein tiled orders are characterized by homological and combinatorial conditions. Let \(R\) be a semiperfect right Noetherian semiprime ring. \(R\) is called right semidistributive if the right regular representation decomposes into modules with distributive submodule lattices. If \(R\) is right semidistributive, it decomposes into a semisimple Artinian ring and a semimaximal ring in the sense of Zavadskij and Kirichenko, that is, a product of tiled prime Goldie rings. A tiled prime Goldie ring \(R\) is Gorenstein if and only if \(R_R\) is injective in the category of \(R\)-lattices, or equivalently, if its injective dimension is 1 in the module category. This equivalence holds since irreducible lattices are relatively injective if and only if they have a minimal overlattice. The main theorem gives a combinatorial description of such orders.
