The content of a nonzero symmetric half-integral matrix \(h\) is the greatest natural number \(a\) such that \(a^{-1}h\) is half-integral. The author proves that Siegel modular forms of degree greater than 1, integral weight and level \(N\), with respect to a Dirichlet character \(\chi\) of conductor \({\mathfrak f}_\chi\) are uniquely determined by their Fourier coefficients indexed by matrices whose contents run over all divisors of \(\frac{N}{{\mathfrak f}_\chi}\).
