In Laguerre geometry, one studies properties of submanifolds of \(\mathbb R^ n\) which are invariant under Laguerre transformations. A submanifold \(M\) of \(\mathbb R^ n\) is called Laguerre homogeneous if for any two points \(p,q \in M\) there exists a Laguerre transformation which fixes \(M\) and maps \(p\) to \(q\). The author classifies all orientable Laguerre homogeneous surfaces in \(\mathbb R^ 3\) up to Laguerre equivalence. It turns out that there are four one-parameter families and six single surfaces. Apart from the round sphere, each of the surfaces admits a 2-parameter group of Laguerre transformations acting regularly on the respective surface.
