The authors reformulate the Wheeler-Feynman electrodynamics approach by applying the Maxwell-Lorentz electrodynamics without self-interactions and they obtain conditional solutions for Fokker-Schwarzschild-Tetrode equations. They also prove the uniqueness of solutions to the Synge equations on the time half-line for a given history of charge world-lines. The text of the paper is divided into four chapters dealing with introductory details, setup of the paper with obtained results, preliminaries concerning different aspects of solutions of Maxwell's equations, and details of used mathematical procedures including proofs of related lemmas.
