The multi-dimensional version of the classical Favard lemma has been obtained recently by \textit{L. Accardi} et al. [Infin. Dimens. Anal. Quantum Probab. Relat. Top. 20, No. 1, Article ID 1750004, 55 p. (2017; Zbl 1365.42019)], wherein the theory of multi-dimensional orthogonal polynomials is identified with the theory of symmetric interacting Fock spaces. The sequences of the Jacobi parameters are replaced with a sequence of hermitian matrices and a sequence of positive definite kernels, respectively. For any probability measure \(\mu\) on \(\mathbb{R}^d\) with finite moments of any order one can associate three sequences of operators \(a_j^{\pm}\), \(a_j^0\) called creation, annihilation and preservation operators. The main goal of the paper is to study some properties of the creation operators and the Jacobi sequences. The authors show that the matrix representation of the Jacobi sequences associated to the product probability measures are diagonal in the linear basis. They also characterize the atomic probability measures on \(\mathbb{R}^d\) with a finite number of atoms.
