A \(3\)-manifold is called an \(L\)-space if its Heegaard-Floer homology has the minimal possible rank. The simplest \(L\)-spaces are lens spaces. A knot is said to be an \(L\)-space knot if all sufficiently large surgeries on \(S^3\) along its components are \(L\)-spaces. Algebraic knots are the knots obtained as links of irreducible curve singularities. They are, in particular, \(L\)-space knots. In this paper, the authors use Heegaard-Floer homology to study the minimum genus of cobordisms between \(L\)-space knots. The main tool is the \(\nu^+\)-invariant defined by \textit{J. Hom} and \textit{Z. Wu} [J. Symplectic Geom. 14, No. 1, 305--323 (2016; Zbl 1348.57023)] and the reduced Floer complex defined by \textit{D. Krcatovich} [Topology Appl. 194, 171--201 (2015; Zbl 1326.57020)]. Additionally, the behavior of the \(\nu^+\)-invariant under connected sums and with respect to crossing changes is studied.
