The authors study a generic polynomial differential equation in \(\mathbb{C}^2\) \[ \, \dot{x}=P(x, y),\quad \dot{y}=Q(x, y), \, \] where \(\max(\deg P, \deg Q)=n\). They give a new constructive proof that this vector field possesses infinitely many homologically independent limit cycles. In this new proof the authors replace the estimates of integrals (used in the past proof) by estimates of the multipliers of the cycles. Their approach uses the unsolvability of the monodromy group at infinity and leads to a construction of uniformly bounded limit cycles as lifts of loops at the infinity line, corresponding to monodromy maps with isolated fixed points. The so built cycles start from these fixed points and have multipliers that tend to zero.
