Let \(Y\) be a locally compact Hausdorff space. For the complex scalar field, we recall that a function algebra \(A\) is a closed subalgebra of \(C_0(Y)\) separating points and such that not all functions in \(A\) vanish at a point of \(Y\). For \(k\) such subalgebras, let \(T: A_1 \times A_2\times\dots\times A_k\rightarrow C_0(Y)\) be a \(k\)-real-linear isometry. Under some additional hypothesis on the product of Choquet boundaries, the authors give a description of \(T\) in terms of a continuous surjection \(\phi:Y_0 \rightarrow \mathrm{Ch}(A_1)\times\dots\times \mathrm{Ch}(A_k)\), where \(\emptyset \neq Y_0 \subset Y\), a unimodular continuous function \(\omega\) on \(Y\), clopen sets (possibly empty) \(K_1,\dots,K_k \subset Y_0\), such that on \(Y_0\), \(T(f_1,\dots,f_k)(y) = \omega(y) \prod _1^k f_j(\pi_j(\phi(y)))^\ast\), for \((f_1,\dots,f_k) \in A_1 \times\dots\times A_k\). Here, \(\pi_j\) is the \(j\)th projection map, \(f_j(\pi_j(\phi(y)))^\ast = f_j(\pi_j(\phi(y)))\) on \(K_j\) and is the conjugate on the complement.
