Let \(G\) be a simply-connected simple algebraic group over complex numbers with Lie algebra \(\mathfrak g\). Suppose that \(\mathfrak g =\mathfrak n^+ \oplus \mathfrak h \oplus \mathfrak n^-\) is the triangular decomposition. Denote by \(N^{\pm}, B^{\pm}\) the subgroups of \(G\) corresponding to \(\mathfrak n^{\pm}\) and to \( \mathfrak h \oplus \mathfrak n^{\pm}\), respectively. For an element \(w\) from the Weyl group \(W\) of \(G\) the author consider tensor decomposition of \(\mathbb C[B^{-}wB^{-}]\) and of \(\mathbb C[wN^+B^-]\). Using this decomposition the author gives a new proof of results by \textit{Ya. S. Soĭbel'man} [Leningr. Math. J. 2, No. 1, 161--178 (1991; Zbl 0718.46012)] and by \textit{A. Kuniba} et al. [SIGMA, Symmetry Integrability Geom. Methods Appl. 9, Paper 049, 23 p. (2013; Zbl 1305.17013)]. It is a found a realization of Soibelman's modules over \(\mathbb C_q[G]\) as induced modules. Conjecture 1 from the second paper is verified.
