The paper is devoted to the long-time behavior of the Schrödinger equation \(i{d\over dt}\phi(t)=H(t)\phi(t)\), where \(\phi(t)\) is defined on \(L^2(\mathbb Z^d)\) for any \(t\), and the Hamiltonian \(H(t)\) is a periodic function, having the following form \[ H(t)=-g\Delta(t)+V_\omega, \] where \(g\) is some coupling constant, \(\Delta(t)\) is the Hermitian operator and \(V_\omega\) is a random potential. Under some conditions on the driving it is shown that Anderson localization survives if the driving frequency is higher than some threshold value. Some relations of the results within condensed matter physics, predictions issuing from adiabatic theory and with Mott's law are discussed.
