The final state problem for (single) nonlinear Schrödinger equations with cubic nonlinearity in \(u\) and \(\bar u\) has been well-studied. In the present paper the author considers two different systems of coupled pairs of nonlinear Schrödinger equations in one dimension having cubic nonlinearities in \(u_1\), \(\bar u_1\), \(u_2\) and \(\bar u_2\). Under respective mass resonance conditions, each of these systems is shown to admit a unique solution \((u_1,u_2)\) having certain asymptotic behaviour as \(t\rightarrow\infty\) (and similarly as \(t\rightarrow-\infty\)). In addition the author remarks in each case that, under the same assumptions, existence of a modified free solution can also be shown.
