This paper studies the asymptotic stability in the Lyapunov sense to the homogeneous Helmholtz equation \(-\Delta u+u=0\) in a bounded sufficiently smooth domain of \(\mathbb{R}^n\) (\(n\geq 2\)), with the nonlinear boundary condition \(\frac{\partial u}{\partial n}=\lambda u+g(\lambda, \cdot,u)\) on the boundary of the domain. Under sufficient conditions on \(g\), the authors prove that the unbounded branch of positive solutions, known as a branch bifurcating from infinity in the sense of Rabinowitz, contains a sequence of stable solutions. The existence of unbounded sequences of turning points is established by contradiction. Considering \(\Phi_1\) being the first eigenfunction to the problem under study with \(g=0\), bifurcation diagrams are plotted if \(g(x,s)= s^\alpha ( \sin[(s/|\Phi_1(x)|)^\beta]+C)\), with \(s>>1\), for \(\alpha=0.1\), \(\beta=0.4\), \(C=\pm 0.5\), for \(\alpha=0.01\), \(\beta=0.49\), \(C=\pm 2\), and for \(\alpha=0.39\), \(\beta=0.2\), \(C=0\). Finally, the one dimensional case is discussed and bifurcation diagrams are plotted if \(g(s)= s^\alpha\sin(s^{\beta})\) with \(\beta=0.3\), for \(\alpha=0.6\) (i.e., \(\alpha +\beta<1\)) and for \(\alpha=0.8\) (i.e., \(\alpha +\beta>1\)).
