An irreducible elliptic surface with a section \((f: X\rightarrow C, S)\) is an irreducible surface \(X\) and a projective flat morphism \(f : X \rightarrow C\), where \(C\) is a smooth curve, such that the general fiber of \(f\) is a stable elliptic curve and \(S\) is a section of \(f\) not contained in the singular locus of \(f\). A weighted semi-log-canonical elliptic surface is a pair \((f: X \rightarrow C, S+F)\), where \((f: X\rightarrow C, S)\) is an irreducible elliptic surface, \(F=\sum_{i=1}^na_iF_i\), where \(F_i\) is a reduced fiber of \(f\) and \(0\leq a_i \leq 1\) for all \(1\leq i \leq n\). Moreover, \((X,S+F)\) has semi-log-canonical singularities and \(K_X+S+F\) is ample. This paper classifies weighted semi-log-canonical elliptic surfaces \((f: X \rightarrow C, S+F)\). In particular, it is shown how the log canonical models depend on the choice of the weights \(a_i\) of \(F_i\). Also a wall and chamber decomposition of the space of weights \((a_1,\ldots, a_n)\) is described based on how the log canonical model changes.
