The main result of this paper is a new version of Noether Normalization Theorem over Bézout domains of Krull dimension \(1\) (Theorem 2). In the second part of the paper the authors introduce a simplification of the dynamical method for the construction of Gröbner bases, cf. [\textit{A. Hadj Kacem} and \textit{I. Yengui}, J. Algebra 324, No. 1, 12--24 (2010; Zbl 1200.13047)] over a Bézout domain of Krull dimension \(\leq 1\). In particular they introduce branching-free dynamical Gröbner bases.
