Perturbation of error bounds (Q2413098)

The paper is dedicated to characterizing the stability of the local and global error bound property of systems of convex inequalities involving lower semicontinuous functions under data perturbations, for the latter new concepts being proposed. An interpretation of the characterization of error bounds for families of perturbations in the sense that the latter have a sort of radius is presented as well. The theoretical results are illustrated by some examples, while hints towards extensions for the nonconvex case are presented in the last section, too.
