The author continues in this paper his study on the dynamics of quasiperiodic cocycles in \(\mathbb T^d \times\mathrm{SU}(2)\) which are close to the constant ones and are over rotations \(\alpha\) satisfying the Diophantine condition. For arbitrary dimension \(d\), a dichotomy result for the dynamics is proved, i.e., such a cocycle is either measurably reduced and therefore the associated Koopman operator has pure-point spectrum, or the spectrum of the Koopman operator is purely continuous in some orthogonal subspace. In the one-dimensional case \(d=1\), a complete classification of the dynamics of cocycles with recurrent Diophantine rotation \(\alpha\) is given. The paper contains important contributions to this area. Proofs are based on KAM iterations theorems.
