Let \(\mathbb{G}\) be a reductive algebraic group defined over a \(p\)-adic field \(F\), and let \(\mathbb{P} = \mathbb{M} \mathbb{U}\) be a maximal parabolic subgroup of \(\mathbb{G}\) defined over \(F\). This paper is concerned with the study of intertwining operators associated to \(\mathbb{P}\), its opposite parabolic subgroup \(\overline{\mathbb{P}}\), and a smooth irreducible representation \(\pi\) of \(M = \mathbb{M} (F)\) on a complex space. The authors use their previous results about global normalizing factors to obtain analytic properties of global intertwining operators for a large class of reductive groups over number fields, including inner forms of \(\mathrm{GL}(n)\) and \(\mathrm{SL}(n)\) as well as quasi-split classical groups. The results have applications to limit multiplicity problems for those groups. For Part I, see [the authors, Bull. Iran. Math. Soc. 43, No. 4, 235--277 (2017; Zbl 1433.11060)].
