In this paper, the authors study the existence of weak solution of the following nonlocal problem: \[ \begin{cases}\begin{alignedat}{3} (-\Delta)_{p,\beta}^{s}u & =f(x,u)&\quad\text{in }&\Omega,\\ u & =0&\text{in }&\mathbb{R}^N\setminus\Omega, \end{alignedat}\end{cases}\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^N\) is a smooth and bounded domain containing the origin, \[ (-\Delta)_{p,\beta}^{s}u(x):=P.V.\int_{\mathbb{R}^N}\frac{|u(x)-u(y)|^{p-2}(u(x)-u(y))}{|x+y|^{N+ps}}\frac{dy}{|x|^{\beta}|y|^{beta}} \] with \(0 \leq \beta < N\frac{N-ps}{2}\), \(1 < p < N\), \(s\in(0, 1)\), and \(ps < N\). The main results of this work contain two aspects. (i) In the case that \(f(x, \sigma) = f(x)\in L^1(\Omega)\), the existence of a weak solution in a suitable weighted fractional Sobolev space is obtained. Moreover, the uniqueness of entropy positive solution is also obtained if \(f\) is nonnegative. (ii) In the case that \(f(x, \sigma) = \lambda \sigma^q + g(x)\), \(\sigma \geq 0\), according to the values of \(\lambda\) and \(q\), the authors get the largest class of data \(g\) for which the problem \((1)\) has a positive entropy solution.
