In this work for associated sigma-functions \(\sigma_j(z)\), \(j=\overline{1, 3}\), the Jacobi theta-functions \(\vartheta_k(z)\), \(k=\overline{1, 4}\) and their logarithmic derivatives asymptotic formulas outside of some set of disks are constructed. Let \(\omega_0=0\), \(\omega_1=1/2\), \(\omega_3=(\lambda/2) e^{i\alpha}\), \(\omega_2=\omega_1+\omega_3\), \(0<\lambda<+\infty\), \(0<\alpha<\pi\), \(\Omega_{mn}=m+n\lambda e^{i\alpha}\), \(m,n\in\mathbb Z\) and \(A\) be a class of positive functions \(\varphi(t)\) increasing on \((0,+\infty)\) and such that \(\varphi(t)\to+\infty\), \(\varphi(t)=o(t^2)\), \(\varphi(t+d)= O(\varphi(t))\), \(t\to+\infty\), where \(d>0\) is an arbitrary constant. Theorem 1. If \(\varphi\in A\) and \[ E_j(\varphi)=\bigcup_{m,n\in\mathbb Z}\big\{z\in\mathbb C:|z-(\Omega_{mn}- \omega_j)| <\exp(-\varphi(|\Omega_{mn}|))\big\}, \] then for \(z\to\infty\) and \(z\not\in E_j(\varphi)\) \[ \ln|\sigma_j(z)|=\frac{\pi(|z|^2-\operatorname{Re}z^2)}{2\lambda\sin\alpha}+ \operatorname{Re}(\zeta(1/2)z^2)+O(\varphi(|z|)),\,j=\overline{1,3}, \] \[ \ln|\vartheta_{j+1}(z)|=\frac{\pi(|z|^2-\operatorname{Re}z^2)} {2\lambda\sin\alpha}+O(\varphi(|z|)),\,j=\overline{0,3}. \] In Theorem 2 similar results for logarithmic derivatives of \(\sigma_j(z)\) and \(\vartheta_k(z)\) are obtained.
