Let \(R\) be a non-associative unital ring, \(G\) a monoid, and \(\pi^a_b,\,a,b\in G\) a set of additive maps on \(R\) with special identities. The ring \(R[G;\pi]\) is the set of all finite sums \(\sum_{a\in G} r_ax^a\) with biadditive multiplication \((rx^a)(sx^b) =\sum_{c\in G} r\pi^a_c(s) x^{cb}\). The ring \(R\) is \(G\)-simple if there are non nontirvial ideals in \(R\) stable under all \(\pi_b^a\). Under some additional assumptions it is shown that \(R\) is \(G\)-simple if and only if \(R[G;\pi]\) is \(G\)-simple. In the commutative case for \(G\) there are found necessary and sufficient conditions under which \(R[G;\pi]\) is simple.
