Given a sequence $\{(N_n,B_n,L_n) : N\in \mathbb{N}\}$ of Hadamard triples with $B_n \subset \{0,1, \dots, N_n-1\}$, the authors derive conditions so that the associated Cantor-Moran measure $\mu(N_n, B_n)$ is spectral and provides a spectrum $\Lambda\subset \mathbb{Z}$.
