Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded open subset of the plane which is \(C^2\). Impose Robin boundary conditions and consider the first eigenvalue of the Finsler Laplacian. With positive boundary parameter, the ball minimizes the first Robin eigenvalue amongst all Lipschitz domains with a given volume. Consequently, the authors assume the boundary parameter is negative. If the area is fixed, the Wulff shape is a maximizer only for values of the boundary parameter which are close to zero. If the perimeter is fixed, the Wulff shape is a maximizer for all values of the boundary parameter. The first section is an introduction to the problem, the second section puts matters in context, and the third section deals with the Robin problem in the anisotropic case. The fourth section provides isoperimetric estimates with a volume constraint using anisotropic parallel coordinates. The fifth section gives isoperimetric estimates with a perimeter constraint.
