The authors present several results about weighted inductive limits \(V_0H(G)=\mathrm{ind}_n H^0_{v_n}\) of Banach spaces \(H^0_{v_n}\) of all holomorphic functions \(f\) defined on an open subset \(G\) of \(\mathbb{C}^n\) such that \(v_n |f|\) vanishes at infinity in \(G\). It is proved that the space \(V_0H(G)\) is Montel if and only if it is the strong dual of a Fréchet Schwartz space. Several locally convex properties of \(V_0H(G)\) are shown to be equivalent to the fact that this space coincides algebraically with its projective hull, which was introduced by \textit{K. D. Bierstedt} et al. [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 272, 107--160 (1982; Zbl 0599.46026)]. The results in the article under review are generalizations and are inspired by the work of \textit{K. D. Bierstedt} and the reviewer [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 323, No. 2, 747--767 (2006; Zbl 1119.46028)].
