The author studies a nonsmooth autonomous implicit control system. A set-valued mapping transforming the implicit control system into a differential inclusion is constructed, to derive the necessary optimality conditions for the optimal control problem devoted to this system. Finally the result is applied for the optimal control problems of implicit systems with complementarity constraints.
