In the paper under review ``for a non-archimedean local field which is not of characteristic \(2\) nor an extension of \(\mathbb{Q}_2\) a pseudo-differential calculus is constructed which is covariant under a unimodular subgroup of the affine group of the field''. The paper is a part of the research program aimed ``to generalize Rieffel's theory of deformations of \(C^*\)-algebras for group actions in the case of more general groups than the abelian group \(\mathbb{R}^n\).''
