The well-posedness of the Boltzmann equation is a fundamental problem in mathematical physics. There are many results on the smooth solutions for small initial data. The present paper extends the first result on global in time solution with large data that was proved in DiPerna-Lions' theorem. The authors study long time interaction of the Boltzmann equation with incoming boundary conditions. They prove the global existence of the so-called renormalized soutions. The main goal of the paper is to prove the existence of global renormalized solutions to the Boltzmann equations with incoming boundary condition for the cutoff kernel. Furthermore, as Knudsen number goes to zero, the limit to the incompressible Navier-Stokes limit with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition is investigated. In this case the boundary data of the scaled Boltzmann equation is close to the Maxwellian in the sense of boundary relative entropy.
