In the paper a KAM theorem is presented for a class of nonconservative dynamical systems depending on parameters. The integrable part is supposed to be finitely differentiable and degeneracies are allowed. The authors proved the existence of a Cantor set of parameters for which the corresponding system admits an invariant KAM torus. The frequencies are differentiable with respect to the parameters in the sense of Whitney and close to the frequencies of the unperturbed system. Under some nondegeneracy conditions on the frequencies, an estimate is given on the measure of the previously introduced Cantor set. The proof is based on an extension of the approximation and the inverse approximation Lemmas by \textit{E. Zehnder} [Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 28, 91--140 (1975; Zbl 0309.58006)] and \textit{J. Pöschel} [Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 35, 653--696 (1982; Zbl 0542.58015)] to the case of finitely-smoothly dependence on parameters. These play a role in the KAM iterative scheme.
