Independently Siemons and Wagner [\textit{I.J. Siemons} and \textit{O. Wagner}, Private communcation (1986)] and Stanley [\textit{R.P. Stanley}, Positivity problems and conjectures in algebraic combinatorics, in: Arnold, V. (ed.) et al., Mathematics: Frontiers and Perspectives. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (AMS), 295--319 (2000; Zbl 0955.05111)] conjecture that if a partition \(\lambda\) dominates its conjugate partition \(\lambda'\) then an \(FS_n\)-homomorphism \[ \psi_\lambda : 1_{N_{S_n}(S_\lambda)}^{S_n} \hookrightarrow 1_{N_{S_n}(S_{\lambda'})}^{S_n} \] is injective. We demonstrate a method of adding columns to the partition \(\lambda\) that preserves the injectivity of \(\psi_\lambda\).
