Generators for semigroup of Lipman (Q2425545)

Fix the minimal resolution of a normal surface singularity. The set of divisors of pull-backs of analytic function-germs restricted on the exceptional curve form a semi-group. In the case of rational singularities it can be characterized combinatorially from the resolution graph: it coincides with the semi-group of Lipman. Over the rational numbers the Lipman cone has natural generators, but over the integers the generating problem is more involved. The article presents an algorithm which provides a set of generators over the integers. Many examples are computed explicitly.
