The purpose of this paper is to introduce a class of incidence left loops \((P,L,\cdot)\). Such a structure is obtained from a kinematic, or quadratic left alternative \(K\)-algebra and such that the set \(U_1\) of the units is closed under the multiplication. In this paper the authors generalize the results obtained by \textit{H. Karzel} and \textit{G. Kist} [Rings and geometry, Proc. NATO Adv. Study Inst., Istanbul/Turkey 1984, NATO ASI Ser., Ser. C. 160, 437-509 (1985; Zbl 0598.51012)]. In the last section of the paper the authors study the automorphisms of such left incidence loops, analyzing the relations between automorphisms of \((P,L,\cdot)\) and those of the algebra.
