The author computes the velocity and temperature fields in an incompressible viscous fluid with a small magnetic Reynolds number. The flow is in a porous medium and bounded by a solid, linearly stretching boundary with specified boundary conditions imposed on temperature and velocity components. The fluid is electrically conducting, its dynamics is affected by thermal, viscous and electric dissipations, and with radiative and heat flux contributions taken into account. The solutions obtained analytically by applying the HAM method of approximations are analyzed and discussed in terms of their convergence and dependence on flow parameters.
