Derived equivalences and \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\)-categorifications for \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_n)\) (Q2428070)

\textit{V. Chuang} and \textit{R. Rouquier} [Ann. Math. (2) 167, No. 1, 245--298 (2008; Zbl 1144.20001)] introduced the notion of \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\)-categorification on an Abelian category. In the contribution under review the author provides such \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\)-categorifications for the Hopf algebra \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_n)\) in cases where the quantum parameter \(q\) is generic and when it is a root of unity. Unlike the work of V. Chuang and R. Rouquier, cited above, where is explicitly used an action of the affine Hecke algebra, these \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\)-categorifications are constructed using ribbon categories (and the action of the affine Hecke algebra becomes a consequence).
