The following autonomous system of ordinary differential equations with given initial data \[ \dot{x}(t)=f(x(t)),\quad x(t_0)=x_0\in\Omega \] is considered, where \(f:\Omega\rightarrow\mathbb{R}^n\) is a continuous vector field defined in a domain \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^n\). Under a significantly weaker hypothesis than Lipschitz regularity on \(f\) (of Sobolev class \(W^{1,p}\) for some \(n<p<\infty\)), the authors establish the uniqueness of solutions in the classical sense for all initial values except for critical points of \(f\). In order to get this result, the vector field \(f\) is supposed to have an additional geometric structure (delta-monotonicity or reduces quasiconformality).
