    The authors study the \(L^p\) boundedness of the oscillatory integral operator \(T_{\alpha,\beta}\) defined on the set \({\mathcal L}(\mathbb R^{2+n})\) of Schwartz test functions by \[ T_{\alpha,\beta} f(u,v,x)= \int_{Q^2} \frac{f(u-t,v-s,x-\gamma(t,s))}{t^{1+\alpha_1}s^{1+\alpha_2}} e^{it^{-\beta_1}s^{-\beta_2}}\,dt\,ds, \] where \(Q^2= [0,1]^2\), \(x\in\mathbb R^n\), \((u,v)\in\mathbb R^2\), \((t,s,\gamma(t,s))= (t,s,t^{p_1} s^{q_1}\), \(t^{p_2}s^{q_2},\dots, t^{p_n}s^{q_n})\) is a surface on \(\mathbb R^{n+2}\), and \(\beta_1> \alpha_1\), \(\beta_2>\alpha_2\). The results here are an extension of those obtained in [\textit{D. Fan} and \textit{H. Wu}, Sci. China, Ser. A 51, No. 10, 1895--1903 (2008; Zbl 1176.42005)].
