Let \(k\) be the complex number field and let \(\lambda=(\lambda_1,\dots,\lambda_n)\) and \(p=(p_1,\dots,p_n)\) be two \(n\)-tuples of points on the complex projective line \(P\). Let \(X=X(p,\lambda)\) be the weighted projective line over \(k\) associated to the pair \((p,\lambda)\). Associated to the weight type \((p,\lambda)\) there is a star shaped graph \(\Gamma\). Let \(g=g(\Gamma)\) be the Kac-Moody algebra associated to the graph \(\Gamma\). Let \(L(g)\) be the loop algebra associated to \(g\). Let \(Q\) be the associated root lattice of \(L(g)\) with \(Q'=Q\oplus \mathbb{Z}\delta\). The authors prove the following special case of a theorem by \textit{W. Crawley-Boevey} [Publ. Math., Inst. Hautes Étud. Sci. 100, 171--207 (2004; Zbl 1065.14040)]: Let \(\alpha \in Q'\). There is an indecomposable coherent sheaf on \(X\) of type \(\alpha\) if and only if \(\alpha\) is a positive root. There is moreover a unique indecomposable for a real root and infinitely many for an imaginary root. The proof of the authors simplify the proof given by Crawley-Boevey in the special case when the basefield is the complex numbers.
