The authors consider the inverse nodal problem for the Sturm-Liouville equations defined on the interval \([0,1]\) with separated boundary conditions. They prove that a twin dense subset of the nodal set in an interior subinterval uniquely determines the potential on the whole interval and the boundary condition parameters. For the proof they conider the two cases when the middle point is located inside this subinterval and when the middle point does not belong to it. Note that, for the latter, the authors need additional spectral information which is associated with the derivatives of the eigenfunctions at some known nodal points.
